Update to 1.12 BBA compatible

1st March,2022 Update :
  • Remove vanilla ideologies (make it more compatible with different MOD)
  • Add on ai strategy for the production of air force

    But I spent dozens of hours to find out and debug the unit limit system contents.
    The unit limit created and owned by Kaiserreich and their respective authors.

    Maximum Supported Divisions
    Every country only has the ability to support a certain number of individual military divisions before their economy and infrastructure struggle to maintain them.
    The maximum number of supported units is based on the country's total population and owned states,and is then multiplied by the country's overall level of industrialisation.

    部隊數量限制
    基於各自的經濟狀況和基礎設施水平，每個國家都只能承擔一定數量的陸軍單位。
    支持單位的最大數量是基於國家的總人口以及所擁有地區，然後乘以國家的整體工業化水平。

Great Mod, I wish there was a way to change Division limit to Battalion Limit, as current limit forces you to build more heavy divisions.
