Description
Contains 1 new civilization and 5 new leaders.

Civilization: Misaka-Network

Unique Ability: Harmony Resonance
For each city that has 2/3/4 specialized districts, all cities receive +1%/3%/5% science. For each city that has the Renaissance Wall, all cities receive +5% production when running projects. For each city which is not on the same continent with your capital city, all cities on the same continent with your capital city receive +1 Great Scientist Point.

Unique Unit: Misaka Sisters
Misaka-Network's unique Renaissance era ranged unit. Has lower combat strength, but doesn't need much production.

Unique District: Experiment Field
A district unique to Misaka-Network for scientific endeavors. Replaces the Campus district and cheaper to build. Cannot be built adjacent to the city center. Receives Minor Bonus for adjacent District, Forest and Rainforest tiles; Standard Bonus for adjacent Mountain tiles; Major Bonus for adjacent Geothermal and Reef tiles; -1 Bonus for adjacent Experiment Field tiles. Provides -1 Appeal to adjacent tiles.

Leaders:

Accelerator
Leader Ability: White Wings of Protection
Defensive buildings receive +4 culture. Ancient Walls can hold 1 Great Work of Art. Cities with Ancient Walls receive +1 Great Artist Point. +100% production for defensive buildings when in Dark Era.

Misaka 10032
Leader Ability: Revolution
Each Envoy you send to a city-state counts as two, if its Suzerain has a different government than you. After you unlock Political Philosophy, receive an additional Diplomatic policy slot. After you unlock Defensive Tactics, envoys provide +1 science.

Last Order
Leader Ability: Control tower
Regional effects from your Industrial Zone, Water Park, and Entertainment Complex districts reach 3 tiles farther. Deserts and Tundras within your empire receives +2 science. Misaka Sisters +3 combat strength, +1 range.

Fuse Kazakiri
Leader Ability: Angel Science
Units receive +1 movement, +3 combat strength within friendly territory. +9900% production when operating the Manhattan Project and Operation Ivy. +100% production when building nuclear weapons. If you unlocked Uranium Resource but did not build improvements on it, receive +2 Uranium per turn.

Misaka Worst
Leader Ability: Deadly Enemy
Monument receives +1 Food. Cities without an Experiment Field can build an extra district. Cities of all civilizations receive +2 food, but tiles within the empires of all civilizations suffer -1 food. Building Settlers does not consume population.

Apparently I just didn't have the technology to clear those plots; it worked fine once I harvested some stone.

I'm not able to build the experiment field; it says "no suitable location to zone this district" even when I have claimed tiles not adjacent to the city center.
