Achievement: Lore Hoarder (Save Files)

This achievement did not pop on my first playthrough. So I found Lord Of War's save files from his guide - Save Files for Missable Achievements. His files helped me pop the outfit achievement (Thanks, Lord Of War!) but it seems the ones for "Lore Hoarder" did not work for me, and from what I read on the comments, did not pop for several others as well.

So I reloaded my own save files, getting ready to grind another playthrough to get this achievement. I started a New Game Plus and somehow, it popped right after I picked up the "Ravager Comm Bracelet" and talked with Gamora about it.

So here are the save files hoping you guys would get it too. Let me know!

Disable Steam Cloud & Backup Existing Save Files

First, you disable Steam Cloud synchronization for Marvel's Guardians of The Galaxy.

Here are the save files for you to get the achievements:

Remember to backup your own save files, before you replace it with this.

You can find your save files located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\steamID\1088850

Start a New Game Plus

Start a New Game Plus, and once you're able to navigate around your ship, look for the "Ravager Comm Bracelet" in Star-Lord's room

Pick it up and a conversation with Gamora should happen soon after. Once that is done, the achievement should pop.

omg, you are my hero, i played ng+ till chapter 7 and basicly collected them all but still can't get it. you really save hours for me.

Loaded up save and just hit NG+ achievement popped as intended :) thanks.

I can proudly confirm that Hookshot's explanation of how to get the achievement is accurate. Once you have the save properly installed, launch the game, and select Continue. You'll start at about halfway through Chapter 14. Just make your way through the rest of the chapter as well as beating Chapters 15 and 16 to enable New Game Plus, start NG+ on the first save, and play until you're able to control Peter Quill on the Milano. Interact with the comm-bracelet (I had to leave the room and go back in order to be able to interact with it), and have the conversation with Gamora and the achievement will officially unlock once you're done. I just wanted to comment here for anyone who is still trying to get this to work (yes I know it is two years later) if you are unable to start this save on NG+ just hit continue and play through to chapter 16 (it should start you at chapter 14) once this is done you will have the option to select NG+ and THEN you can interact with the bracelet to trigger the achievement.
