Oh absolutely agree, if we can mod it beyond the limited size of the toolbox i'd be very happy with that. It does seem they've abandoned the game and what for i dont know or why. I would like it to be moddable but i hope eventually it will be. I'd love to make rides, working rides i should say in game. I have alot of ideas for it but static doesn't really do what i want and if i made models in the toolkit as it currently stands, the'd be so many pieces and imagine animating and then putting them in the game piece by piece, i just wouldn't work very well which is why i haven't bothered to do that in all honesty

yes fully agree on that, these day its fast money crabbing games even good games like this wich have a lot of potential are just left to be dying after an year or 2. then they should make the game able to modded so others can ramp the game up like rockstar did even they do not fully agree on it to be modded but they allow it as long you dont earn money on it and dont use it online. if game can be modded in future and they open the data box so you can make these rides working as it is possible for sure planet coaster uses rides wich use the same mechanics. our we must hope that other company comes with such game like RCT and has these options possible at the start.

I think most developers are a bit like that though, They're told what to put in and its's quite rare they will listen to the community and implement what they want and require which is a bit ironic really to me. I honestly thinnk they've washed their hands with this game however, people are beginning to mod this game, albeit basic right now but it gives me hope. It's such a great game with great potential left but clearly not anymore for the devs. I'd have no issue helping them where i can but i don't think they want it and i expect there would be challenges for them to get people involved, I'm not sure but logically i think they would have problems and possibly legal stuff too...

Okay clear then i have done it right haha :) No i just wanted to be sure not that i do a lot of work and it would be wrong way . hmm i never get that when game makers get even free help from modders or what so ever they just dont reply. i mean come one if you stand for your game and want people to play it and keep it alive and then even the community offers you help free, even i would do it for sure, i sometimes even offerd to get all modders together and build cities skylines 2. implent all the mods so the base game will be almost perfect at the launch and when the money comes in you can pay them fair. But no no one seems to be interested very weird if you ask me. But they keep putting DLC stuff but at some point the game will be just dead. Same with planet coaster they are now on the zoo planet stuff there was in december or so new DLC for that game is now their main focus but again then your team must be small if you cant upheld 2 games...

No no, download the zip and extract the files to the usermedia folder. The names are always unique so they wont overwrite each other but there will me alot of media. Don't rename them because if you do you'll have to put the images on manually. This way if you just extract directly there without rename the game will automatically recognise and show the images upon placement. If your struggling with it still, i'll PM you and show you steps

I might do one day but i don't get much time to play other games lately to be absolutely honest with creating on this and work.
HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!! i got really confused and superly excited then thinking mods had arrived in full swing hahahaha. Yep just blueprints for now haha. i was discussing with someone a few weeks ago how i thought they could make it so we can make our own rides and things in the game but it was wishful thinking i think.
Issue is they probably wont even look in those threads anymore i bet. I did message frontier a while ago upon everyones request and offered to help them out with designs (as if they need that hahah) but no response. I never expected one tbf.

openrct makes the game playable in full HD and many options and cheats to play with i would recomend to check it out once. oh yes for this game its called blueprints XD oh yeah it works a lot if you use it often 3D modeling , yeah thats how i feel also i dont do it for others but for my self to make things better to use like i did for cities skylines i just made the mods from others a bit better to use in the game and why not share them to make others gaming also easyier. i placed a request in a thread forum page that they place update the game add some stuff you need to make these things working rides that they dont let it die it would be a shame for sure. for the billboards of your rides do i put them just in the media map seperatly or in the zip file i download ? as there will be many with double name?

hahahaha i rememeber seeing about operrct but i never used it before tbh. In all honest i think the games died in terms of the development on it now. We could certainly do with mods to keep the game alive though i agree. Wishful thinking though i think.
Wait you have mods in the game??!!!... or you mean what people have made as in a blueprint???
Well for me i can 3D model anyway (part of my profession) so that's not a problem for me but i do agree with the patience thing, it's hard sometimes to keep focused and patient. Modding is fun if you enjoy doing it but sometimes it becomes more of a chore. I really only mod for things i want to change myself tbh but i'd like to on this game if we're ever able to but i do doubt it in all honesty..

in game i have a mod looper and insanity these use such kind of arm so i thought i would maybe possible to make booster using that stuff. sadly it doesnt and there is one flipper dont know if its yours also static but many of that like break dance and collider wich goes up that seems just easy looking as these things work in game you should be able to get the flipper running no idea of you can combine these two things. then it would be possible for sure i think. oh okay haha yeah modding has never been my strongest thing haha i just dont have the patience and understanding of working with some these 3D stuff instructions i have made some easy mods, and a map i was trying for this game leafy lake like the one from RCT but then XXL size, And for cities skylines i have done some mods .

Oh haha yeah RCT3 was never my game did not like that. when i play then its alwasy rct2 using openrct thats nice to play as they keep that game running and working these days. its a shame they lack that for sure even the water rides dont get it why they did not put it in the game and for what i can see now there a no futher updates coming. hope they dont let the game die as if they would add these things and water attractions/slides possible even using a DLC i dont mind then many people would play the game again it still has some good potential. Yes the booster is from germany or so i believe but not mine style haha to extreme but i like the construction.
