Chosen Dynasty Trait (low-key Cheat Mod)

Hello again, fellas! here is yet another mod from yours truly! Haha! This mod is inspired by @Universal117's Chosen Dynasty trait back in CK2. I remember having a lot of fun while using his mod in my games back then. So yeah, here ya go!

The trait is passed through male inheritance, there is a 0.1 chance at random and birth. :)
