Expanded Duchy Limit

Description
This mod alleviates the opinion penalties from holding too many duchies as a king or emperor.

With this mod, you can hold 10 duchies without opinion penalties.

@HeirandtheSpare -- yes, it still works for me (I actually expanded the limit to 100). Maybe you have a mod conflict?

This works with 1.9.1. More importantly, the AI follow the new rules too. After swapping to a Crusader Queen, my previous ruler would give away every duchy to get under cap. With this mod installed he kept all his land. Huge thanks!

can you add a balance this based on level of Splendor? So as to not make it too overpowered?

I think you can just edit the defines file for the game to increase the duchy limit to whatever you want.

Crassula, just commenting to explain what Antartica meant.

Is there a way to make the Duchy limit work like the Domain limit does with the Green Skill (stewardship - just calling green for translation sake), but with the blue skill (Diplomacy - just calling blue for translation sake) instead.
