Built as "Escuela de Trabajo", it was built between 1934 and the 1940s (after the civil war). Rationalist style, designed by Eloy Maquieira. Originally planned to have a green cover and a big three floor high swimming pool in the middle, but it was completed into its current shape. Now it's the Instituto de Educación Secundaria Xoán Montes (commonly known as "mixto", because it was the first one to accept both men and women).

20k tris, 2k texture (plus 1k texture or windows and glass).

The triangular shape makes it a bit weird to place, so it will probably work better if you use Move it! and some anarchy mod to make it fit between the buildings of your city.
