Scary Scary Zombies

Description
Thinking that zombies are not scary enough?

Then look no further!

This mod aims to make zombies more scary and sinister by adding blood, gore and new features like exposed rib cage or guts out, or half face torn off for our beloved zombies.

There is also some time scaling - older corpses will have more rotting going on, and will have darker blood and gore on them, sores and rot spots etc

COMPATABILITY:
This mod retextures zombies so it will not work with mods which also retexture zombie bodies (ex: "Afraid of Monsters") and will work perfectly with most(perhaps any) of cloth mods

I can't get it to work for the life of me. Even installed the textures manually but no dice.
Big problem is I can't get any zombie retexture mod to work. Checked my load order like 3 times at this point to see any mods that might conflict but no obvious incompatibilities.
Anyone have any clues as to what might be the issue?

this mod is so scary I pooped myself and SCREAMED. my stepdad ron came down stairs and yelled at me and said "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN YOU QUIET DOWN?" being the proud athiest i was i had on my "I FRICKIN LOVE SCIENCE T-SHIRT" and informed him that god doesnt exist.
