Claiming a mod is dead when its been a relatively short time span just because it hasn't updated when you want it to is being a dick.
Seriously lol. Give it time. Even AGOT+ and a few other mods that are 'popular and active' take time to update after the big patches.
Buddy, some mods will take MONTHS or YEARS to update. Just because the DLC was announced a while ago doesn't mean nothing.
Seriously, wait a year or more. The mod author last replied a month ago. That's not too long for some mods.
Mods are different from games being actively developed and worked on. They are often times entirely hobby things done when they have the time and motivation.
Can maybe say it is if a year passes with nothing new from the mod author.
Your work has brought fresh life into the game, making it even more enjoyable. I really appreciate your dedication and the value you add to the community. Keep up the fantastic work!
I just hope there will be an update anytime soon as it seems to not be working properly with the current build!
