A little mod that lets you exterminate your enemies, or any disloyal plebs.
Also good for depopulating before settling a region.

Razing a city now kills pops
Update: can raze outside cities!
All units can now Raze and Pillage
The timer for Razing has been removed along with it being possible in already owned provinces

If you disagree with any of the values I set, I encourage you go to the mod files and change it with notepad.
If you don't know how, look it up...its not hard.

--also I know nothing about modding, all I did was patch some lines of code that already existed together and changed values in notepad, to anyone who actually knows what their doing, feel free to steal the mod and make it better--
