Obesity Fix

Description
This mod was originally created by me for 1.3.0
Edit 2024: I've not received the obesity trait in CK3 for a long time, so can't tell if this is still working or relavent.

The problem is that some people would switch constantly between being obese and not so while being old but having the losing weight modifer, this blocks getting the obesity trait if losing weight.

gave it a try, unfortunately i kept getting the reoccurring obesity modifier.

I am still Having this issue, was wondering if it works for the current patch despite being for 1.3.0?

I can confirm this is still an issue in the modern version, Ill see at some point if the mod also still works
