The Unification Hall is the principal building of The Palace of Emperor Qin in Hengdian World Studio. It is a shooting site of blockbuster films, representing the magnificent imperial palace of the Qin Empire. The Palace of Emperor Qin was built in 1997 for filming The Emperor and the Assassin by director Chen Kaige with the Xianyang Palace, the main palace of the imperial palace of the Qin Dynasty, as its prototype. It is also the shooting site of a number of films and TV series, including Hero, Emperor Han Wu, A Step into the Past, Painted Skin, The Promise, and Joy of Life.
There are two versions: one is the original one, the second is the one without glass which is more likely to the ancient architecture.
