Weapon Patch for Idhale Race

Description
I don't understand this weird obsession people have with limitting other people so I made this, well sort of.....I copied and pasted stuff. Now you can choose to use weapons or choose to not use them instead of being sad that you can't use them at all. Enjoy!

DISCLAIMER: I hope this works for you, if not I probably can't do anything about that or help you as I have 0 understanding of any of this and only copied and pasted lines of text which happened to work for some reason.

I have no experience uploading stuff. I did the best I could reading but if I did something wrong, let me know.

It's probably more of an immersion thing, it's just weird not being able to grab weapons when you have hands. In the case of her defense, I'm sure something will be done abou...

im prettysure by default these races can use weapons or at least i was able to have aya races use weapons (except those that are incapeable of violence that is) i dont have any special mods that change it im prettysure but most of the time when a race cant use weapons its because they either don't have hands or spawn with backstories that make them incapeable of violence

well you see with this race in particular, seeing as they have 1000% defence of every type, restricting their spawns to be incapeable of violence is kinda a balance thing
