The invasion has finally ended, or so the world believes. The war still continues, just under a facade. Only the main forces have retreated and you are in charge of the operation to continue the ocupation and eventual conquest of this region.

The government is nothing but a puppet under your control. In order to maintain the facade, your operation must not attract international attention in any way, which means no global charities and NGOs, and no Coalition. The Insurgents will not surrender so they must be completely destroyed.
