The only way to reduce electric consumption is to remove the loading "service" of this building and add a loader next to it to do it. :(
I took an other mod to modify connections and roads, but I don't really know how to modify 3D model. I tried building editor, I don't know how to import it...
I will may be upload a 900 T version for more balance. Also, I will reduce building cost to feat with vanilla values.
At now, I'm searching how to reduce MWh consumption because it takes too much comparativly to vanilla. But I don't know how to do that, even searching in vanilla buildings ini...
For me, take a look here...

the smallest vanilla is 870T and then 1950T for the largest - with visible storage in the form of coal in the example.
With this one at 4000T and smaller than the smallest vanilla and no visible storage at all it is a little unbelievable.
At 900T it would be more balanced and believable but I would still wonder where the heck is the aggregate - nothing visible in terms of storage building up in the yard.
If it had a yard and some external storage then you could lift the total capacity up to say 1500T, for a total footprint a little larger than the smaller vanilla one.
Up to you :)
Thanks.
@MrKrabs : with pleasure, have fun :)
