This city had stuck vehicles everywhere due to the airport DLC updates. It's working again though at this point I have not attended the traffic issues. Well I couldn't help but to do a couple of them.

This file is more or less vanilla. That is there is absolutely no reason to sub to the workshop content requested by the file. it should run without any extra content, I believe

I have this city at 110,000 population under vanilla conditions so far. I fixed the metro system. That's it. The rest is what the original creator had made.

Yup if you let this file run and do nothing to it, it will reach over 100k population.

I did some fixing and the population is up to 100,000. I only used TM:PE and the DLCs up to Sunset Harbor. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2774144049
