I was watching some footage of Warzone and saw a very peculiar looking flashlight slapped onto an mp5.

It looked interesting. So here it is.

i've had this flashlight retexture for a long while, the mod didnt get as much attention from what it deserves...

try entering mat_reloadmaterial effects/flashlight001 in the console and see if that helps. if not then just restart the game.
