[1.4 Alpha] Start With Silver Tools

Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
Start With Silver Tools is a mod that well, as the name says, makes your characters start with silver tools instead of copper/iron ones.

There is also a config that lets you choose between Silver or Tungsten tools and a Shortsword or Broadsword.

This mod is mostly for personal use, but i decided to upload it in case someone is looking for something like this.
