French Rochelle - the next best thing since French kiss.

This add-on replaces French with a lovely-looking pale-skinned Frenchwoman. Also changes Rochelle's survivor and incapacitated survivor panel avatars while keeping her dialogue in English (believe, you're going to want her voice dialogue to stay in English).
