Description
Prevents Watcher from gaining an orb slot when channeling with no slots. No effect on other characters, including Ironclad/Silent. Only Watcher.

If you just Really Want that Authentic Basegame experience.

Note: no longer necessary. BaseMod's "basegame changes" can be disabled in its config.

Doesn't affect Ironclad/Silent, not authentic basegame experience. 0/10 would not norb again.
