Activate Fusion Destiny.

Step 2

Realize DPE isn't even in the game yet.....

IS WHAT I'D LIKE TO SAY,
But somehow they thought DPE was fine while banning Dragoon instantly.

So I guess just send Celestial and Dasher from deck to GY.
And summon DPE from your extra deck.
