Realistic State Integration

I noticed that most State Integration mods only really offered one choice, and had requirements that took way too long. With this mod, I wanted to offer a more realistic solution to integrate states by allowing the player to have the choice between forceful or peaceful integration. The goal of this mod is to act as an add-on to the game, allowing the player to integrate occupied states into their nation whilst still being realistic and challenging to do so.

This mod should be compatible with every mod out there. So far the only known mod that isn't compatible with this one is Millenium Dawn. If there's any mod where it isn't compatible with, please let me know.
