Description
A Hong Kong-style tenement building. There is a siu mei (roasted meat) shop and a fishball noodle restaurant on the shop floor.

This building is based on 239-241 Ki Lung Street, Sham Shui Po. The size of the building has been optimized to fit in the building lot in-game.

This is a high-density growable residential building. level 2, 1x3.

加油，支持，再俾多個建議，沙田馬場有個精英大師嘅銅像，可以諗下整出嚟，整馬場就難，始終Ｄ動畫唔係官方出就麻煩Ｄ，但個銅像可以諗下
