Report a translation problem
The double hand is probably caused by the fact the model has HEV viewmodel actually part of the gun model and the fact that those two weapon models were probably the only ones with GMod skeletons, therefore the viewmodel of your playermodel shows up too, the others have differently named bones so your playermodel arms just float behind your view somewhere
Your problem here is you're trying to override the V_Models
GMod uses custom C_Models for weapons, the V_Models are just the HL2 ones
You'll need to decompile and do some modifications then recompile them
It shouldn't be hard but I'm not sure what the bones and such look like and can't because I don't have my normal PC
