THIS IS NOT REQUIRED FOR RE2:S GMOD EDITION TO RUN! It's just recommended.

To be used with Resident Evil 2 Source - Gmod Edition

Contains more stuff from Resident Evil 2: Source, such as models/textures/sounds for weapons/items/enemies, etc.

Weapon and item models by various users.

Replaces

Weapons:

Pistol (Beretta)
Smg1 (Uzi)
375 (Desert Eagle)


Items:
Healthvial (Herbs)
Healthkit (First Aid Spray)
Handgun + Shotgun + Smg ammo

Have you considered doing a version of this with drgbase or vjbase? Since the OG RE npcs are in there

The double hand is probably caused by the fact the model has HEV viewmodel actually part of the gun model and the fact that those two weapon models were probably the only ones with GMod skeletons, therefore the viewmodel of your playermodel shows up too, the others have differently named bones so your playermodel arms just float behind your view somewhere

@cove dweller Fixed the viewmodels not displaying by just renaming the v_model filenames to c_model. Had to remove knife and shotgun model, cause there was some double hand viewmodel thing going on. Shotgun model was kinda funky anyway.

Your problem here is you're trying to override the V_Models
GMod uses custom C_Models for weapons, the V_Models are just the HL2 ones
You'll need to decompile and do some modifications then recompile them
It shouldn't be hard but I'm not sure what the bones and such look like and can't because I don't have my normal PC
