Information
I can finally present you my idea of the modular Italy city building expansion for Cities Skylines.

The idea behind this is to have a wide variety of building pieces, that can work together and give you endless possibilities of customization.
Italian old residential buildings are usually very cluttered, and a standard workshop asset will never give that feeling of a true Italian city.

What you need
In order for this to work, you will need:
Highly recommended mods

What's in the pack
All piece follow the grid, except for the Balcony and Shutters
0x1 0x2 1x1 1x1 1x1-corner 1x1-corner-2 1x2 2x2 2x2-corner 2x2-corner-2
  • Base Floors [Residential]

  • Floors

  • Roofs

  • Windows

  • Trims

  • Side Trim

  • Shutter

  • Balcony

How to find the pieces
Using Find it, type in the search box Zarrix Modular Italian

For content creators
If some creators are interested in making dedicated packs to go along with this one, let me know in the comments and I will share with you the project for exact measurements.

Is there a way to prevent this pack spawning a lot of park manateinance vehicles that try to mantain every pieces?

I am so happy that you started this project. I was hoping for more modularity in future releases all over the workshop for a while now. And this pack will be so useful for my next Mediterranean build. :steamthumbsup:

update: Base Floors are now residential. You can use Realistic population mod to set it;
Thumbnails now have more information about the building size and type

Absolutely amazing Zarrix! Great idea. You could make variant packs like French, English, Turkish, German, NY... just set the bases as residential then the upper floors as props. I can't play the game again for a few days (working) but when I do I'll be subbing this and putting it to use for sure. Thx for creating it!

Hi mate, amazing set and i really really love it! It looks really well and it isn't to hard to use. I have just a small suggestion for future packs. First it would be really cool to have several styles so you can mix and match, like in addition to these maybe make some sets of larger building entrances or even like in some European cities where there is a car entrance too, some decorative half depth pillars. Also even though thumbnails in Find it look slick and minimalistic it would actually be more beneficial to see which shape it actually is :) But other then that i LOVE IT!

@zefilipe no you need to place the residential cubes inside of it. I tried it but if you rise the building, the cars and citizen would fly.not very realistic xD
