Holdout - Dark Carnival

Adds the Holdout Mutation on Dark Carnival.

This one is based on collecting gas cans and pouring them into the generator, and as a penalty, no gascan drops can be called and will be occured here.

To play the Holdout Mutation you have to go to the main menu, from there select the Mutations menu and then select "Change Mutation" option and change it to Holdout. Once you did, you can either create a lobby or join an existing game, as you normally would.

I might add another map in this campaign if I find another suitable area for this Mutation.
