Descrição
If you scan a surface sector that has a concrete deposit while underground then the deposit will appear underground.
This will check on load for borked ones and move them to the surface, as well as overriding the borked function to fix newly scanned.
This also fixes underground ones stuck on the surface (less likely).

If it doesn't remove them, then go to the mod options for it and press apply.

I had no idea. I usually put going underground off until after I've fully scanned the surface (always use the Fast-Scanning game rule).
Although... I HAVE noticed that researching Breakthroughs that reveal rich deposits of metal/rare metals/water, they tend to appear on all maps, including asteroids.
This has not always been a bad thing... although it sometimes makes me more reluctant to abandon an asteroid for a fresh new one. :P
