Sukhoi Su-9 1946 (Weapons DLC)

The Sukhoi Su-9 or Самолёт K was an early jet fighter built in the Soviet Union shortly after World War II. The design began in 1944 and was intended to use Soviet-designed turbojet engines (Lyulka Al-7F). The design itself was greatly influenced by the German Messerschmitt Me 262 jet aircraft. Though, the aircraft was much slower than other Soviet aircraft at the time, and very unreliable. Other versions of the aircraft (Su-11) fitted with updated engines were also proposed, but never saw production. Only 2 Su-9 fighters were ever built.

This build is based on the Soviet Sukhoi 9, hope you enjoy!


-Equipped with N-37/NS-23 cannons

-Equipped with a single 250 KG bomb

-Open the canopy

-Take a seat and turn on the battery (left front)

-Turn on any lights (as required)

-Turn on the hydraulics (bottom right)

-Flip on both fuel pumps

-Throttle 1/2 of an inch

-Turn on both compressors

-Once the engines are started, turn off both compressors

-Parking brake off

-When taxiing, go slow

-Enjoy the flight!


-Stable cruise speed maximum is 500 Kmph, if you go above that number, you will loose control.

-Stable landing speed is around 215 Kmph (turn on roll stabilizer). I would advise you to drop the bomb before landing.


-Updates will be made in the future

-When using the front cannons, make sure infinite ammo is (ON)

-When the bomb is attached, DO NOT make sharp turns or crazy maneuvers, it may detonate.
