This is what happen when your dreams are crushed by the harsh reality of the rim, not every pawn is tough enough to endure it !
Well, it spice up the game, it add some challenge !
It wasn't intended, I fixed it, thank for the report!
note : for a pawn that already have the mood bonus, it will stay until the wish is fulfilled or failed but it shouldn't proc more mood buff.
Normally, wish at low expectation are easy to fullfill,
you can get more difficult wish at start if you have some mod that increase your starting wealth that make you reach the next expectation threshold for your pawn.

I did a test and it work, for most of these object of X quality you need to place them in a specific room.
If it's not the problem, I will need the exact wish that didn't work for you.

If I remember well I made a mod setting to reduce the odd to get wish.
