[T 2.0] SM - Bulkhead VII 'Venture'

A small ship bulkhead module which provides the majority of the ships crew and enhancements to agility. This bulkhead is smaller but well armored. Provides an acceptable improvement to agility, acceptable crew capacity, and a tiny amount of cloning and power generation capacity. Ideal for smaller civilian ships.
