Description
Hallo everyone! Today I finished the largest building project I have ever started. I proudly present you the Spacecenter Babylon 5 in all its glory. It is a fully functional Spacestation with a length of 8385m scaled 1:1. If you ever wanted to know how large the station is: go for it! Enjoy and have fun.

One personal request:
I put hours and hours of my free time into these designs. It's no fun to watch others just copy and paste my work. Choose the original, leave a like or a comment to support me. At least you could mention me as the original author!

It took 4 full weeks to build this thing!

That sounds positive to me. Even if it is a large project, i can't see why it's not makeable. I just said curvy circling things are ... difficult ;) You could start with a smaller ship and work your way forward just as i did. Maybe you just open a discussion and call it "ID4 Project", so we can talk a little more in detail? Perhaps others are interrested too, and this here doesn't seem to be the right place.

I wouldn't even know where to start building such a project.

I guess a the base making just a circle at first and then build upwards layer by layer.
The smaller ships one can do the interrior at the same time, the larger once may have enough free space inside. Whereby this could be also be used visually and that would be where it might get a bit tricky, having docking ports for smaller ships on the inside or though not on scale., but city destroyers attaching on the inside on that moonsized ship.

As i am just starting out in this game, i don't want to take on something big like that only then to maybe loose interest in the game overall. Currently i am just having fun playing it through with a friend the first time and installing some of these awsome creations from the workshop :)

The fighters look managable while the bigger ones are some kind of boring. They have a gently sloping curve and few very subtl details (radial on top), all in all that's not a good starting point.

I just went through all your ships but sadly haven't found any ID4(Independance Day film by Roland Emmerich 1996) ships.

I have already done some of these things, just look for my Babylon 5 collections. I even made the vorlon world eater, but i never published it because it looks so boring as a result of it's size. Maybe i'll come with my own worldeater design. Don't worry this work keeps me buisy for a long long time ;)
