Good for rescue operations

Start-up procedure:

1. Turn on power key
2. Make sure parking brakes on and vehicle in HELI mode
3. Switch GEN to on
4. Turn on Avionics
5. Run fire test for both engines
6. Turn on Engines relay
7. Switch both fuel pumps to on
8. Switch both APU to on
9. Turn both hover units to on when both engines ready

Ready for taxi
(dash check before take off)




Switching to plane mode:

1. Turn on thruster spoilers
2. Turn on plane stab

Ready to switch mode

When transition to plane mode, don't forget to press W to increase spoiler angle


Autopilot:

Position hold and plane stabilizer do NOT require AUTOPILOT to be on
Altitude hold, go to course and autoland require AUTOPILOT to be on

To autoland (plane mode) insert start and end of the runway, turn on autoland and go to course

UPDATE 02.12.2022

Rework - replaced glitch based propulsion to duct fans
Rework - common door hatches now have lock mechanism to prevent it from unintentional opening

Fix - thrusters produce not enough thrust to keep vehicle in the air while rotor tilt inbetween 0 and ~15 degrees when in plane mode
Fix - Yaw/Pitch mixer works incorrectly at certain roll angles
Fix - altitude hold does not work when in hold current altitude mode
Fix - free look does not work

New feature - digital horizon and HUD now displays indicated air speed (IAS), dash speed dial displays ground speed.

It's an old creation. I haven't touched it at all since last patch in February 16, I doubt it would've broke, anyway will check on it

doesn't work, you just turn autopilot on and it goes absolutely nuts

I'm sorry but I spent over 50h only testing this thing, only thing I can admit is the fact I published it with some minor bugs I fixed 2 months later, and yet it was working really great. It's not arcade craft, stop complaining about your fails, only because you have no experience to fly it well first try. You probably will fail at operating real heli or plane or whatever you name it, yet this thing is just a toy, and has "complexity" only as an adjective, unlike machines in real life.

You can check my latest submissions, these are WWII german planes. They're behaves semi realistic yet being simple in use.

Im sorry but this thing is utterly impossible to use, I cant even fly in heli mode without this thing flipping out of control and straight back onto the airfield

I've updated it a week ago, it's super polished now. Yeah, it's not the easiest thing to fly. Probably, you're transiting modes at too high speed, the gyro should be able to recover it, tho it has it's limits

so i feel stupid because i kept forgeting to turn on plane mode
