作弊菜单补丁（CheatMenuPatch）

Description
You need to install the original cheat menu or the translated cheat menu.

1. Generate vehicle function to support all vehicles (the test supports various vehicle MODS and ship MODS)
2. The function of generating items is changed to open the generated items in debug mode (the operation interface is more friendly)
3. Vehicle related functions (repair, short circuit, obtaining key...) Modify to support multiplayer mode

大佬大佬，为什么我订阅了很多mod僵毁都无法识别出来，在工坊文件夹里也看不到订阅的mod包括这个mod也是。现在就只有4个文件夹里有可以识别出来。

@心碎一顆 已更新，参照游戏debug模式代码对相关功能进行了优化。但是我这没有测试环境，可能会有问题，欢迎反馈

試了一下 單機模式的時候刷出來的車沒問題 聯機模式下刷出來的車 不管是原版的還是mod的都發動不了 另外聯機模式下用修復全部零件功能 修復出的只有列表裡的數值和顯示的模型 實際發動機依舊是壞的（本來發動機數值很低無法發動的車在用了那個功能後 會顯示發動機數值到了100% 但實際上依舊無法發動）
