the "constants.fxh" line is already in both of those files for me, and I'm still getting the no border problem when this mod is active.
1. Open folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2689070687\gfx\FX"
2. Open files "galaxy_dust.shader" and "galaxy_nebula.shader" in any editor
3. Replace first 3 lines with next 4 lines (add "constants.fxh"):
Includes = {
"constants.fxh"
"terra_incognita.fxh"
}
4. Play the game
This mod only changes a few files:
FX/
galaxy_dust.shader
galaxy_nebula.shader
map/
dust.dds
nebula.dds
Those are all art assets, so short of a major art overhaul update from Paradox they should always be compatible with the game. I don't expect any version issues to crop up.
However, with other mods I'd recommend testing this mod by itself first to make sure it works and then testing it at various places in your load order. You can always start with it loaded last and then move it up the order list until everything looks good to you. If you run other graphics mods that change those same files above there's the potential for conflict. Only the last mod to make a change will show up in game.
I hope that helps!
I am trying to figure out if the mod is not functioning because of other mods I have or if the main program is in conflict. Can you please give some advise. If you look at collections called BOSS that whill give you a good list of the mod function under.
@Alex.M, Yep, this is achievement compatible. I'll add that to the description
