Description
This is an attempt at a balanced edit for Ronald McDonald by Altzer, and with it comes many changes. Ronald's base stats have been changed a bit, he is now slightly slower, gets less air, and is now a true Glass Cannon because of his lighter weight. Ronald's super works slightly different too. You can now spend any 33% of Ronald's super meter to use a Magic lazer, which is a sort-of mini version of Ronald's Super lazer-- which he needs 100% of his meter to use. Certain moves have been given more startup or endlag, some have adjusted hitboxes, and all have adjusted numbers for dmg and kb. Ronald has also been given a new mechanic: The "Mac'd" System!

Being Mac'd

There is an icon on Ronald's hud that looks like the classic golden arches. That icon is used for the Mac'd system. The icon will light up after hitting an opponent, which means that Ronald is now "Mac'd". (As of Verison 1.19, Ronald will also glow yellow.) Some moves can only deal knockback if Ronald is Mac'd while preforming them, called "Mac Attacks". These moves are: Magic lazer, Super lazer, and Dtilt's cheese. Mac Attacks will deal no knockback or hitstun if Ronald is not Mac'd while he uses them, and being Mac'd only lasts a short time, so you need to find some way of comboing into these moves to make them work.

List of Changes

-Every move does less damage and knockback, with lower amount of hitstun.
-Many moves have more start-up/end-lag. (Fspecial, Fair, Uspecial...)
-Some moves have slightly smaller hitboxes. (Uspecial, Utilt, Jab...)
-Added a weak hitbox to many moves. (Dair, Dattack...)
-Made many moves "sex kicks". (Dtilt, Nair, Uair...)
-Ronald Super Lazer now only does 40%.
-Ronald Super Lazer and Magic Lazer have nerfed kb values.
-Tweaked Ustrong to be a throw-esque move with two hitboxes. Added more hitstun to allow you to confirm it into an aerial.
-Ftilt is now a slow, killing-type move.
-Fstrong now has a beginning hitbox that sends downward, and a second that sends away from the user. (Basically just tweaked the move to fit the animation more.)
-Uspecial has been tweaked so you can only cancel out of it for a short time before it sends you into pratfall. (Makes it a more committal option, which is good for balance.)
-Uspecial now has a few frames of start-up with an animation frame to match.
-Fspecial's held input is now completely different. It is now a SHORYUKEN! It has decent kill-power and combo-ability, but has slow start-up and is pretty committal.
-Added frontal hitbox to Bair to match animation.
-Added foot hitbox to Nair because its funny :))).
-Nspecial's uncharged hamburgers don't deal hitstun anymore-- only a very small bit of knockback.
-Added a set of hitboxes to aerial charged Nspecial. They are in Ronald's body, specifically the arms, and they are a 3-hit combo that sends the enemy player at a brutal downward angle with decent hitstun and knockback. Pretty difficult to hit, though.
-Nerfed the amount of vertical speed/height that aerial charged Nspecial gives. Players can no longer recover with this move alone.
-Fspecial can only be used once in the air/before wall-jumping, just like Uspecial.
-Uspecial can now be cancelled with a wall jump.
-Despical's projectiles are set to only be available when the combo counter is a certain amount, and can only be used once before being put back on cooldown. (3-hit combo = Apple, 5-hit combo = Shake)
-Fstrong and Fair (the two moves that use the giant fry) are now disjoints. The fry is no longer part of the hurt-sprites for the moves.
-Other miscellaneous changes to attack windows, attack values, hitbox values, animations, etc.
-I think that's it lol aight have fun.

up smash needs to be stronger. nerfs to be applied to aerial and grounded burger shouldnt be as spammable
