- Black Spirit (,) → Quests → Suggested → “[Manor] Crucio Domongatt’s Summon” and finish questline up to “[Manor] Father’s Heart”

- 1 million silver per day (300mill for 1 year contract is discounted)

Once the required quests have been completed travel to the mansion and talk to the guy at the gate. Rent a contract for a day for 1 million just to try everything out. 300 million for a year. Have fun!
