adds psylinks up to lvl 10. Also has in-built support for blindsight - truesight, have fun!

Adds 4 new abilities you can see in an image above!!

!!!!!!

I chose to make higher lvl psylinks enhance consciousness,, I had to make them still be well... worth it.

@Seanbeag The Star Wars mod adds a psycast that lets you give someone a psylink.
