[xdR] Pills Spray

Описание
Replaces the pills chug animation with one of them spraying themself with their pills,
meant to go with any spray or bandage type mod for the pills.
unless you want your survivors rubbing a pill bottle over their wounds, i won't judge. your game of l4d2 after all, mod it however you want.

requires xdR to use, takes up slot 34 of all survivor's animations.
