OP, if you want to implement the fix yourself let me know and I will provide you with my edited files. I don't want to take credit for your work, I just want to let others enjoy this wallpaper like I do.
UPDATE: I have found the problem, the z-axis co-ordinates for Kokushibo (bg.tex and fg.tex) are too high which moves him off screen. Setting the z-axis co-ordinates for these two layers to "0" brings him back. I think a wallpaper engine update has changed how layer co-ordinates work which has broken this wallpaper. I'll give some time for OP to fix this if we wants but if not (as it looks like he has retired from wallpapers), I'll upload a fixed version (with credits of course).
