Description
Makes water bright blue in all biomes. I'm not sure why you'd want to do this, but now you can.

This only affects water tiles and the waterfalls created by sloped blocks. Other blocks, items and visual effects with water are not changed. Water fountains have no effect on water with this pack on.

That is dependent on the world difficulty and current biome. Resource packs can only change how something looks or sounds. However, making every instance of water look like cold water is possible.

Make it so there's always ice water everywhere so you're slowed down whenever you take a dip.
