Cuba's bonus (+1 Policy card and +33% production when at war) doesn't work, unfortunately. The "Caribbean style" doesn't work properly either, I don't have writers or musicians points per turn. The adjacency bonus with coast only gives 1, not 2 of culture, faith, gold and production.
