Description
This mod restored some setting that changed after NSB released

What NSB changed || Mod
Battle width has been messed up by new version || now they has been reset to 80(+40).
SPAA now use 2 combat width || reset to 1
TD now use 3 combat width || reset to 2

Now XP gain from military attache changed from 20% to 15% || now it has reset to 20%.
NSB reduced XP gain from lend tenfold || now you can have same xp gain as before
NSB reduced 25% army XP gain from battle || now it reset back
NSB limited maximum daily army XP gain to 1.2 || now the limit has been removed

The chance of ACE appear now depend on number of plane in a squad(It makes you harder to get ACE, compared to before) || now more squad means more chance to get ACE (same as before)(1 plane 1 squad)
