CCM Suburban Assets- Complete

Description
A pack of two garden-style apartments commonly found throughout the United States. Admittedly these models are somewhat unoptimized as they are an experiment of sorts. The tri-count is a bit high for my liking, but this was an old model I was attempting to adapt for the game. Live and learn.

I haven't done any landscaping for these as I was brushing up against prop limits with the railings. I may revise this in the future.

Included:

2 Decorated Lots - 4x4 (the long version does overhang)

Multi1A - d,n, LOD, ~7k tri
Multi1B - d,n, LOD, ~10k tri

Known issues: For some reason when the models transition between LOD and full, there is a strange bright discoloration that may occur. It is brief but noticeable.

If I place this assets in game using find-it and RICO they get automatically bulldozed after a view seconds. If I plop vanilla buildings they don't get destroyed, does someone has a suggestion to fix it maybe?

I love the look of those apartments. However, they are only available as level 1 growables. I would like them to stay even as they upgrade (without having to mark every single one as a historical building). Is there a way to modify them in-game to "assign" the assets more levels or can you update the assets?

They look good, but I can't find them in my game. They're not in my residential, they're not in RICO, and I can't even search them under Find It! Someone please let me know where they are
