That would be survivaria which hasn't gotten updated to 1.3 due to dev burnout. That said, this is a good alternative for the hunger mechanic.

i was looking for a mod that made hunger withch was actually hard to deal with...
but i didnt find one so ill have to settle for this

does this change ALL your worlds to have the hunger system? like if I enable the mod for a certain playthrough is it going to change my easy mode worlds?

Too bad though. I wanted to say the exact thing @VenomFLM said..
some config options to increase/decrease the hunger speed. 5min is a bit too fast per stage.
Other config options could be hunger damage per tick/second and the option to disable the hunger timer untill the "well fed" buff has run out.

But... too bad.. I knew (from your description) that you only activated the hunger system from the don't starve crossover.

It's so sad we do not have any Hunger/thirst (survival) mods for tmod 1.4
I want to have new food products, do farming, cook food and drinks and manage my hunger/thirst needs. maybe even add temperature handling.

Well the thing is I didn't implement the hunger mechanics so the only thing this mod does is to enable it

A list of configurable options where you personally can change the aspects of the mod, like longer or less time in each hunger status, config in game like other mods etc.
