The Load Order Mod Series is a bunch of mods I put together for my own personal use that I am releasing so that, hopefully, they assist others as they have me.

The Concept is simple: Each Mod has no content, it simply acts as a placeholder and says "Put mods of this type below me".

As of V2 of LOMS, I have sorted nearly 2000 popular mods (List forthcoming as a seperate collection) into the following categories for the autosort feature of LOMS.

The Autosort Feature of LOMS works thus: any mod can request that it it load after any other mod; this is Vanilla Rimworld behavior that all Modmanagers support, be it the one which ships with Rimworld, Fluffy's Mod Manager, RimPy, or another, they should all recognize this. LOMS uses this to request the known mods of whatever type appear before the next mod in the list. For example: The LOMS:Map Generation mod will request that it come after the LOMS:Library Mod and all of the Core, Library, and Framework mods I have Identified. This allows moving mods up in the load order without errors.

Do Note: If using RimPy, place these mods at the top of the load order before hitting automatic sort, otherwise they will all be sorted to the bottom.

FAQ:

Q: Just use RimPy!
A: You can certainly use RimPy, both without LOMS, or in conjunction: As LOMS uses the Vanilla XML commands for automatic ordering, LOMS is fully compatible with RimPy, and will act as an additional tool for RimPy Automatic Mod Ordering.

Q: Where did you get this load order? it is completely different from the one that I use, which is absolutely perfect!
A: If you have a better one, I am jealous. LOMS is based directly on Trisscar's Load Order Guide viewable HERE (https://rwom.fandom.com/wiki/Mod_Order_Guide).

Q: I am a Mod author, can you add my mod to be automatically sorted?
A: You can do so yourself quite simply. First, figure out what type of mod it is, and thus what group it should load in; then, in your mod's "about" file, add the line <loadAfter> followed by the identifier of the grouping mod surrounded by <li> tags (ex: <li>Medical.Mods.LOMS</li>), then close with </loadAfter>. Now anyone who uses you mod who also uses LOMS will get your mod automatically sorted.

Q: You screwed up the automatic sort!
A: Part of why I'm not adding to it, I probably did. But unless you are the mod author, I am not going to go by your say so and change it. Next release will probably have less Mods included in the automatic sort; these were the Mods I was using for my personal automatic sort. (And yes, they were only a portion of my mod list).

Q: The Race and Faction Pawns Section should be split; Faction Blender and other similar Mods should have their own section
A: Debating it, may occur in the next version of LOMS, depending on feedback.
