Hey there!

Today i present to you my latest creation!


What is Wacky NPC Modifications you ask?
Well, Wacky NPC Modifications is a NPC pack that adds new abilitys to some of the existing NPCs in gmod.
For example....

Have you heard of a metallic combine? or an explosive fast zombie?

This mod gives some of the default NPCs their own abilitys.
You can find these NPCs in the ( Wacky NPC Modifications ) category under the NPC tab of your spawnmenu.

These NPCs also work fine in multiplayer, If not, Better!

Here are some examples of the NPCs that are included in this pack.
Keep in mind there is a ton of console commands for this mod that all start with ( gsl_ )

Crazy Kleiner can turn himself into metal or give himself a regeneration effect when he is at low health.
He is armed with a gun that has 3 modes to it, Bullets, Explosions and teleportation.

This combine is covered in a shield which will protect him for 100% of incoming damage.


An extremely strange humanoid creature that sounds like Father Grigori.
They are very aware, If one of their friends gets attacked by a player or a friendly NPC, All of them will become hostile with in an instant.

She has a health pack on her back in case she needs it,
She can also dive out of the way of attacks.

Barney can boost his health all the way to 200%
He also has his own health pack in case of trouble.

This monk not only has a health pack, But also a Chasster charge which will make him invunerable for a short period of time.

This guy is made of wood!
He takes 10% less damage.

Ever noticed how the combine die instantly to antlions?
Well, They now have their own antlion remover teams that are designed to expunge antlion nests.


This dude does not mess around, He will always force his enemys health down to match his if their health is higher.
He also does this when he is attacked by something too.

Q : Can i make a video on this?
A : Of course, I love watching players messing with my mods lol.

Q : Is there a way to choose what weapons the NPCs have?
A : I know there is a way to do that, But i have not figured out how to program that in yet.

Q : Why did you make this?
A : This is a modded version of the NPCs from the map gm_secret_lab which i created way back in time.
I plan to add more NPCs in the future? 100 of them maybe? Who knows....

Q : The Vortigaunt healer / Some NPCs seems to T pose.
A : If you have a mod which changes the NPCs animations or models in some way, This will often be the cause of it.

Q : I have a weird idea for an NPC.
A : Drop it down in the comments, You never know, I might add it thanks to you.

Q : Can i reupload this mod?
A : If you ask me first and explain why you wish to do that, I don't see why not. There is no custom third party content.

Q : I have a BUG or a problem.....
A : Its best to let me know of bugs or problems so i can fix them, I can't fix all of them since some might be down to the other modders, But if you get errors or anything like that, Its best to report it here.
