New Leader System Expand for 3.13




Star Oath is a large-scale standalone leader system mod, using a brand-new framework to redesign Stellaris' leader systems.
1. Hundreds of new leader traits have been added, covering all leader types~

2. Makes the leader system more important and engaging by allowing players to customize the leader's development and skills through a skill tree.

3. Star Oath is not limited to just characters from Azur Lane. In the future, characters from other games will be added to Star Oath!

You will be able to choose your favorite leader, select their skills, and then continue to acquire skill points to further enhance their traits.



1. Unique, fully featured independent UI for Star Oath systems and mechanics.

2. Every Star Oath leader can have their portrait changed in game. No more being stuck using strong leaders with portraits you don't like~

3. Every Star Oath leader has their own management panel, with lots of additional content planned to be added to it in the future!

4. Unique talents and rare abilities! Every leader can randomly experience sudden, explosive growth!

5. Star Oath has lots of leaders with exclusive skills and abilities for you to discover!

6. Star Oath has gone through extensive debugging and has glitch-prevention code, as well as detailed instructions and search features! Never get lost or wonder why something isn't working!

7. Plenty of future characters to be added! Star Oath welcomes all kinds of characters!





1. Most of Star Oath's leaders use artwork sourced from the internet. Please notify me if there are any issues with copyright infringement.

2. Please do not copy/plagiarize the Star Oath system or use the Star Oath UI without authorization, if you want to use/publish related content, please contact me. Language patches are fine however.

3. In theory, Star Oath will not conflict with any other mods. Rest assured that Star Oath can be safely loaded at the bottom of any playset list~

2000 Likes:Star Oath Phase 2, with 50 new leaders!
3000 Likes:More leadership content and functions, including redoing the Galaxy Idol Project and adding it to Star Oath!
4000 Likes:Star Oath Phase 3, complete with two linking mods!
5000 Likes:Adding an even more advanced leader System, "Ember META camp"!

The above are just additional goals for likes. I will continue to update the content and continue to optimize the overall experience of Star Oath~

@Miezhaus for mods, that dont have english localisation files, loading a translation mod for it after it is required.

The issue is still present, even after validating the gamefiles and reinstalling the game. The textboxes all just say "sop.50.desc" or "sop.50.a" could this be a hardware problem on my end?
