Fixes ship locker inventory
Fixes S.A.I.L. interface
Adds respawn cinematic for hardcore mode
Adds the race stats on the character creator and personal tricorder

Will change racial stats if I get any good recommendations.
Will remove mod if the race get's all the above.

Stats:
Diet: Omnivore

Perks:
Reduced Fall Damage x0.8, Jump Height +5%, Movement Speed +5%, Power Multiplier x1.05, Protection x1.05, +10% Energy
Resist: +10% Physical, +5% Poison, +20% Ice, +15% Fire
Tech: Conshak(light aura, detect monsters, resist damage. 7s charge)
Immune: Freezing, Snow, Ice

Weapons:
All Swords: 3% Shadow Burst Chance (5 damage) in darkness.
Broadsword Mastery : 25%
Shortsword Mastery : 25%
Longsword Mastery : 25%
Shield: +25% Knockback Resist

Weaknesses:
+25% Hunger Drain, Energy Regen x0.95, -15% Health
Resist: -20% Cosmic, -15% Electric, -5% Shadow
