[Eve Online] Quad Light Beam Laser

This is a re-creation of the Quad Light Beam Laser cruiser turret from Eve Online.

In that game, the QLBL has a reputation as being a total piece of trash. It has the range and firepower of a frigate gun, with the tracking capabilities of a cruiser gun. Nobody ever uses them, and if you ever fit one on your ship, other players will point and laugh. The only advantage of this gun in Eve is that it requires next to no power grid to fit, so it sometimes sees use on bait ships, and that it looks cool.

Fortunately, here in Avorion, we are not shackled by game mechanics, so fit this on whatever you want.
