The only suggestion I would make is to make the building modular so the commercial part can be slid in with a no collision section. Leaving the housing actually usable.

This game, in terms of asset support, is getting a good as Cities Skylines.
I do like these. Malins having its shutters half closed is somewhat representative of the High Street in the UK..!
